All our products are sinter hipped onsite which enhances the integrity and durability of the finished component ensuring they are free of porosity.

Our comprehensive production facility enables Mincon Carbide to produce a wide range of Tungsten Carbide components to the geometrical shape and tolerance required. The stringent quality controls in place provide our customers with total confidence in product integrity.

Before dispatch along with 100% visual inspection we also undertake metallurgical inspection in a laboratory-controlled environment examining hardness, fracture toughness, coercive force, photographic grain analysis and non-destructive testing.
